Our story
Why I built this.
My wife went back to work after our second. I was home with two kids under three, and the gym quietly disappeared from my week.
I'd been lifting since 30 — three or four days a week, nothing obsessive, but enough that it had become part of the structure of my life. Five years in, I was barely going.
So I started searching.
Fold-out gym.
Foldable home gym.
Gym cabinet.
Hidden gym.
Closet gym.
Nothing. I couldn't believe it didn't exist. So I built something — for myself, in my own home, for my own problem.
In December 2023, I posted a video of it on Instagram.

“The only fucking thing I would buy if there was a link but it is the only fucking thing on ig without a link 🙈 why?!”
There was no link. No price. Not even a finished product. Just a prototype in my apartment and 70 million people watching it open.

That's when it stopped being my product. It became something I owed people.
What I built
Coub was designed to integrate fitness into everyday life — there quickly, gone just as fast.
Its thick, engineered front doubles as a timeless cover and a high-performance platform: protecting your floor, protecting your downstairs neighbour's nerves. A reduced piece of furniture where every part earns its place.
