You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with EU consumer protection law — no reason required.

Changing your configuration

Since your build starts well before delivery, changes to your configuration — finish, barbell, plates, accessories — need to happen earlier: up to the point where your build begins. Once it's in production, the order is locked in.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, write us with photos as soon as you spot it and we'll sort a repair, replacement part, or return — whichever fits. Everything beyond that is covered by the warranty.
