Shipping & delivery

Where we ship

Worldwide. Coub is engineered in Germany, and we're expanding production to the US as well to stay ahead of shifting import tariffs. Freight to most of Europe, North America, and the Middle East is included in the price. For other regions, shipping is quoted at checkout.

Delivery time

Deliveries start in November 2026, in the order pre-orders come in. We'll ship as soon as your unit is ready. You'll hear from us before shipping to collect the remaining 50% and arrange a delivery window.

Duties & tariffs

Prices are shown in EUR or USD, and shipping is included in both. EUR prices include German VAT. USD prices exclude import duty and local sales tax. If you're ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge import duty or sales tax on arrival — that's set locally and can shift with little notice under current trade conditions. We're expanding production to the US to reduce this for US customers over time.

Setup & installation

Assembly is illustrated step by step in the included manual — quicker than IKEA. Professional setup service is also available in most parts of the world. Coub needs to be bolted to a concrete, brick, or timber-frame wall; a drill and a spirit level are all you need beyond what's in the box.

Moving apartments

Coub is designed to be set up and disassembled. Full instructions will be available here soon — in the meantime, just write us and we'll walk you through it.
